About Us

Santa Fe Door was founded in July 1986.  The company has grown from the original concept of being a supplier to local builders of custom southwest style doors to a national company of innovative, quality products.

After humble beginnings in a garage with 2 employees, the company now occupies 14,000 square feet with 12,000 square feet of manufacturing space and  30+ employees.

Our markets have expanded from the local Albuquerque area to projects from Washington to Florida and Maine to Mexico.

Our craftsmen and women are skilled in building any style of door, from the traditional to the contemporary.

In 2017, Santa Fe Door switched its finishes from a standard stain, seal and lacquer to a water based, nano technology finish. It is non-toxic and with the top coat is very durable.

We are proud that Santa Fe Door has been involved with high profile projects during its 33+ years in business.  An example of some of the projects is a home for a ABC News broadcaster, a Malibu home for an Australian musician, a custom home in western Colorado for the CEO of the Discovery Channels.  We are very active in the Aspen and western Colorado markets as well as the Telluride area.

Ed White, the CEO and President, has over 43 years experience in the door and window business.

His partner is his wife, Jerry White, CFO and Secretary Treasurer.  Jerry has 40 years experience in management and finance.

Their daughter, Shannon White, is the VP of Marketing and Sales.  Shannon has 20 years experience in design and construction.
